Loved this hotel! Great modern, fun vibe and super friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Train into the city is a 5min walk from the hotel 👌 Highly recommend!

The hotel is very clean and very modern, a little tricky to find and the hotel would benifiT from signage at the station and at the bend where other signage is posted. The free wi if downstairs is a benefit and we would have loved this in.pur room too. Staff weren't overly helpful but we found our way easily using maps and the fabulous public transport system.

Room cleaned daily, staff super helpful, lovely breakfast. The rooms were airconditioned but common areas weren’t which was uncomfortable at times as it was extremely hot during our stay. Terrific location to tourist destinations, public transport and dining. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

The hotel is in an ideal location to explore the old town and beyond by foot, but still quiet despite the central location. The bathroom was modern with a great shower. We were grateful to be offered a very early check in after travelling for over 24hrs.

Great hotel in old town. Central to everything. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderful stay at Obermeier, and managed to use public transport into Munich effficiently. The breakfast was amazing, and we also made good use of the lovely reception and bar areas. Staff were incredible, and very understanding when I flew off with my room key! It would be very hard not to return if I ever came to Munich again.

Wonderful 10 out of 10.I cannot fault this hotel. The facilities, the staff and the dining options were brilliant. Not as close to the old town of Munich but good public transport services with tram stop a 2 min walk.

We booked this hotel on the basis of other Expedia / TripAdvisor comments and we were not disappointed. The person checking us in voluntarily called the assistant manager who very kindly offered us a room upgrade and breakfast as compensation.....which we accepted. Could not complain about our room on the 3rd floor, had a...

This hotel was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a medical issue on arrival and the reception could not have been more helpful and concerned. They assisted with where we should go and contacting transport to the local hospital. Thank you so much Hotel Deutsche Eiche we will forever remember your concern and hope to be back again someday under better circumstances.

This is a very nice hotel. Staff were very friendly, and the room was very clean and spacious, with good air conditioning. The breakfast was also very nice!
