Aschau: Very beautiful 2-family house "Eberharter", 3 storeys, built in 2024. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre, in a quiet position, 1.3 km from the lake, 3.5 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, railway station "Aschau i.Z. Bahnhof" 750 m, indoor swimming pool 1.3 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 1.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 300 m, gondola lift 3.5 km, slopes 900 m, ski bus stop 200 m. Nearby attractions: Innsbruck 57 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Ski-Optmal Hochzillertal, Kaltenbach 5.5 km, Zillertal Arena, Zell 3.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. The ski slope to Aschau is only 900 m away.
