The Aufenfeld Campsite is within walking distance and features a swimming lake, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. The location of the house is perfect! Only dogs are allowed, no other pets!! cosy, comfortable apartment house "Tyrol". In the centre of Aschau, in a central, sunny position, 1 km from the lake, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: large, well-kept garden with flowers, lawn for sunbathing. Garden furniture, barbecue, barbecue house. In the house: WiFi, storage room for skis, central heating system, drying room. Huis op fijne locatie

Het huis ligt op een centrale locatie, vlakbij de bakker en de supermarkt. Met de auto of de skibus kan je makkelijk naar de verschillende skigebieden. Het huis zelf is op zich prima. Op het eerste gezicht is het schoon, maar als je beter kijkt, ligt er overal veel stof. De keuken is zeer beperkt uitgerust: weinig borden, zeer weinig glazen en een halve snijplank. Er zijn nog meer minpuntjes. Zo krijg je hele oude harde handdoeken. En er is geen verwarming voor je skischoenen.

Mooie omgeving en tuin

Het appartement was niet echt proper. Veel stof en spinnennetten. De uitbaters die een hoge leeftijd hebben 70 en 80 jaar, geven als uitleg dat ze moeilijk een poetsvrouw kunnen vinden die op zondag willen werken. (Meestal is zondag de wissel van huurders)... Ook de tuin die bij ons appartement hoorde, werd ook in gebruik genomen door andere gasten met toestemming van de gastvrouw. Anderzijds vonden wij de gastvrouw een wel zeer vriendelijke vrouw, die zeer graag een praatje doet

Entäuschend

Die Ferienunterkunft war auf den 2.Blick sehr schmudlig. Auf den Kästen eine dicke Staubschicht, unter dem Sofa wurde sicher schon seit vielen Monaten nicht gereinigt. Brattpfannen kann man nicht mehr richtig kochen damit. Leintücher waren zusammen geflickt, Bettanzug Reissverschluss defekt, Frottewäsche unschön zusammengelegt, hartes frotte. Vermieterin stand einmal einfach in unserer Wohnung. Für den bezahlten Preis ist es eine totale frechheit.

Une hôte très accueillante, souriante, bienveillante et chaleureuse. Surface appartement correcte pour 5 personnes. Maison située dans un charmant petit village à proximité de balades, de visites et de petits commerces (boulangerie, boucherie et supérette). Sanitaires et cuisine récemment renouvelés et propres. Petit bémol cependant au niveau de la propreté des chambres et des pièces de vie. Mobilier et accessoires poussiéreux. Le sol n'avait visiblement ni été aspiré ni nettoyé à l'eau.

Bien

L'hôte était très accueillante, souriante, bienveillante et chaleureuse. La superficie de l'appartement correcte pour 5 personnes. La cuisine et les sanitaires récemment rénovés étaient propres. Les matelas étaient un peu mous. Au niveau de la propreté en général, il y avait beaucoup de poussière sur le mobilier, les accessoires (cadres, lustes, ...) ainsi qu'au sol et sous les lits. Le sol n'avait visiblement ni été balayé ni nettoyé. C'est un peu dommage. Un aspirateur aurait été utile. Emplacement parfait dans un charmant petit village à proximité immédiate d'une boulangerie, d'une supérette et d'une boucherie. Balades et visites relativement proches de l'appartement.

Absolut Dreckig

Silberfische auf den Wänden und Boden sowie im Klopapier und den Kissen.Gefrierfach Schimmel Rosa-Wasser Wasserkocher innen braun und nicht Entkalkt Toaster aus dem letzten Jahrhundert und Dreckig Backofen Dreckig. Gartenmöbel mit Vogelkott .Auch hatte es kein Spühlmittel weder ein Scotch noch Abwasch-Tabs usw.Auch war die Wohnung kalt und ungemütlich Wohnzimmer 16.5Grad laut Handy ,sie sagte Heizperiode sei vorbei, ansonsten müssten wir mehr Bezahlen einfach unglaublich.

Die beste Urlaub, die wir hatten!

Tolles Wohnung ist optimal für eine Familie mit ein oder zwei Kindern. Erdgeschoss Wohnung hat Garten. Sehr gute Lage - das ist Zentrum, alles in der Nähe - Resto, Cafe, Supermarkt, Bäckerei,   Bushaltestellen, Bahnhof. Trotzdem ist sehr ruhig. Skigebiet ist sehr groß! Und für Sommer gibt es sehr viele Möglichkeiten!  Vielen Dank, liebe Frau W., für unsere Urlaub. Wir kommen zurück!

Dreckig

Als wir ankamen war schon mal niemand da Wohnung stand offen.Sind rein gegangen und konnten uns schon mal umsehen wären am liebsten rückwärts wieder raus Fenster waren nicht zu öffnen Fussboden dreckig Spinnenweben überall im Bad kein Toilettenpapier Halter keine Handtuchhalter aus der Dusche lief Wasser aus den Dichtungen noch nicht mal Gegenstände wie ein Staubsauger waren vorhanden.Die Matratzen ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig.Alles in allem schade um das Geld . Geschirr kaputt im Schrank.

Heel gastvrij

Ruime vakantiewoning, 2 toiletten is heel fijn! 1 in de gerenoveerde badkamer en 1 apart toilet, retro. De woning is gelijkvloers op de beganegrond. 1 stroeptrede bij de ingang. Parkeren voor de deur. Verder ligt de woning midden in het dorp en heel centraal gelegen in het prachtige zillertal. Voor zowel zomer als winter perfecte uitvalsbasis. De gastheer en gastvrouw zijn geweldig!

Auf diesem Weg noch einmal Danke an die Vermieter. Sie waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es ist eine schöne Wohnung, zentral gelegen in Aschau. Bäcker, Lebensmittel, etc. sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der von den insgesamt 3 Ferienwohnungen genutzt werden kann. Wer gerne gut essen gehen möchte, muss in die Nachbarorte fahren. Vorort ist eine gute Pizzeria, direkt in der Nähe der Wohnungen und das Schnitzelhaus. Es war ein toller Urlaub.
