To ensure a comfortable stay, you’ll have access to free Wi-Fi, a free parking space right next to the house, a lockable bike garage, and a charging station for e-bikes. The central location makes for a particularly relaxing holiday: a supermarket, bakery, and bus stop are all about a 5-minute walk away. The train station and the town centre of Aschau are only about a 10-minute walk away. Please note that pets and dogs are not allowed.

The spacious living area, featuring hardwood floors, a balcony, a flat-screen smart TV, free Wi-Fi, a sleeper sofa, and an inviting sitting area, creates a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and balcony leaves nothing to be desired. Amenities include a dishwasher, stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee and tea accessories. The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, hair dryer, washing machine, and drying rack.
