Swiss stone pine vacation home with a sauna, a large terrace, and a fenced-in garden

The ALTE ZUHAUS is located at an elevation of 741 m above sea level. In 2009, it was converted into a comfortable and cosy holiday home with its own sauna, in accordance with principles of healthy building. It features a large, fully fenced-in garden that’s perfect for barbecuing and playing table tennis in the summer.

The centrepiece of the bright, spacious living room is a wood-burning tiled stove with a cooktop and oven. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for cooking. Meals are served in the farmhouse dining room.

Two bedrooms panelled with Swiss stone pine offer space for four people. You can relax and unwind in your own bathhouse, which features a wood-burning stove, a tipidarium, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, and a cosy balcony.

The wood panelling and underfloor heating in all rooms create a pleasant indoor climate. The floors, bathrooms, and sauna are finished with Italian marble.
