Unser ehemaliger Bauernhof steht in ruhiger Lage am Fuße der Kampenwand im Ortsteil Hub. Zentral gelegen, Fußweg ca. 20 min zum Ortszentrum, zur Kampenwandbahn 10 Gehminuten. Schöne Tal- und Bergwanderwege ab der Haustüre. Bedingt Behindertengerecht / Rollstuhl, bitte informieren Sie sich vor Buchung ob die Wohnung für Ihr Handicap passend ist.
Die 45 qm große Nichtraucher-Ferienwohnung im 1. Stock des Hauses mit Süd-Balkon, ist über die Rückseite durch einen separaten, ebenerdigen Eingang ohne Stufen zu erreichen (bedingt behindertengerecht). Wohnküche mit Geschirrspüler, Ceran-Kochfeld, Minibackofen, Eckbank, SAT-TV und W-LAN. Extra Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. Wohn- oder zweites Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett oder als Sitzecke mit Polster. Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC und Fußbodenheizung. TV-Anschluss in jedem Raum, Fernseher auswahlweise aufstellbar.
