Despite making my reservation far in advance I was placed in a room right beside an outdoor sitting area where conversations were as though they were actually in my room. I requested a room change and was then put in a room so far away that the wifi didn't work. For my entire stay. When at check out I requested to speak the the manager about the fact that having wifi was a factor in my selecting this particular hotel I was told he was too busy to...

"Etwas hektischer Check-In, Datum auf der Rechnung stimmte nicht mit dem vom Tag ein, Änderung anscheinend wegen einer Systemeinstellung nicht möglich. Alles in einem aber eine gute Übernachtung, gute Lage und schön ruhig. "
