Apartments in Ascain

"Overall, this is a fantastic property. Location can’t be beat and in general the staff was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be in regard to having an à la carte breakfast. The staff did not seem to be happy that we were not using the buffet and were therefore very slow to help us. Conversely, when we had the buffet, it was fantastic and of course did not require much staff interaction. Bar service was excellent and our room was immaculate. Do be a little careful going down the stairs across from the hotel towards the beach. There is an area where a handful of homeless congregate, and they are somewhat aggressive when asking for money. Overall a great stay"

"Clean and beautiful hotel - room has great view of the city and hills, easy access to the city center through private elevator access. Lively city scene with neighborhood bars, cafes, shopping. Old town is within 15min walk with many options of tapas bars."

"Great hotel, perfect if you’re driving as there’s a large secure car park for 15 euros a night. Easy to get into the old town via regular bus service which stops outside the hotel. Lovely staff, comfy bed and great shower. This is the second time we have stayed here as we like it so much! "
