"The property is for sale. Expedia advertised the Lee room, where I stayed, as having a private bath. It was not private. It should not be mistaken for a B&B because it does not serve breakfast. There is a full kitchen if you bring your own food. The curtains in my room came off the rings when I pulled them closed. It's a little expensive for what you get, but if you're looking for the minimum in that area, I guess you could do worse."

"The property was everything we were looking for and then some for our quiet getaway. Spent so much time on the porch listening to the rain and watching the humming birds. It was just the reset my mind needed. Highly recommend as my wife and I will be coming back!"

"The cottage was perfect for our family’s needs. It has a very nostalgic /vintage feel to it which we all found comforting. It’s about 30 minutes from UVA. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We’d stay there again if we ever needed a place out that way."

"Cosy spot on a beautiful ranch. Close to town and very close to Monticello. Did not have a chance to meet the owner as he was out of town but his communication was great! Enjoyed the use of the hot tub and enjoyed the firefly show after dark. Would definitely stay there again when in the Charlottesville area. Thanks Steve!"
