"The customer service at this hotel is very poor. I normally don’t like to complain but there were just too many things that were not good about this stay. First, I booked a two queen bed room and when we went to our room we saw that we were given a room with only 1 king bed and a pull out sofa. I was not happy about it but I thought, I’d just roll with it. When we entered our room and went to hang our jackets in the closet we noticed a scarf hanging there. It was very obvious that when the room was cleaned the housekeeping staff never bothered to look in the closet. There were no sheets or pillows provided for the pull out sofa in the room. When we called down for sheets we were told to go down to the front desk to pick them up ourselves. In every other hotel I have stayed in, they always bring the sheets or towels we request to the room. On the night before leaving I had asked if it would be possible for the person to help me put a freezer pack in their freezer since our room fridges did not have a freezer portion. The girl refused. I asked why not and she said she didn’t know. I was very disappointed. Overall I found that the staff were not very helpful and the front desk staff were always on their personal cellphones. I would not recommend this hotel due to the poor service."

"No staff on site at all for check-in or security purposes, or anything else. Lobby locked with no amenities. Insects in the bathroom, street level room access made me uncomfortable, safety wise. Property certainly not as attractive as the photos appeared. The place gave me a creepy vibe overall and I could not stay the night. Low-ish cost was not enough for me to ever try another stay. "

"The communication before, during, and after our stay was exceptional. The house was clean and provided everything we needed for a five night stay. The location was also ideal for our needs. The house was exactly as advertised. "

"Beware before you book this apartment. This unit is built above a bar, and the music from the bar is very loud in the apartment. The base vibrates the bed, the the tables. The thermostat is not located inside the apartment, it is located down inside the bar. You will have to wait until the bar opens before you can have the temperature adjusted. The Wi-Fi is not located inside the apartment, it is also down inside the bar. It is also located next to a train track, and when the train goes by you can expect the floor to shake. If you have an issue, don't expect much help from the host."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family spent Christmas here, to be close by my daughter & grandkids. I had every thing I needed to cook Christmas dinner. Lots of plates, silverware, utensils, appliances, and my grandkids had a blast with the ping pong table in the converted garage. "
