"Pros: The hosts are so wonderful and friendly and made us feel very welcome! The house is big and open planned. The swimming pool is clean and big. Great to have a petanque area outdoors - this area sees the shade the earliest, as located on a lower level to the house, the middle level hosts the pool and the upper level is the house level with a huge(!) balcony overlooking the pool with lake views. "We received a warm welcome on arrival from our host. He was very kind and generous to us throughout our stay. Our accommodation had everything we needed and was very clean. We took our dog with and we were very pleased that we had an entirely enclosed garden. The pool was exceptional and we made use of it everyday, umbrellas were provided. The town is in walking distance with many restaurants and there are quieter areas nearby for dog walks. We'll definitely go back."

"We had a great experience. The facilities and cooking class were great. The staff were personally very friendly and helpful. The property was a little tired here and there and it seemed a bit disorganized at times. One thing you should know: this property is pretty remote and it is difficult to go off property without a car. The nearest towns are very small and don’t have much of a taxi service. There are two restaurants on property that are related. One is a Michelin star restaurant and the other is the “bistro.” The bistro menu is quite limited so if you are planning to stay more than two days you will want to go off property for sure. Make sure you arrange transportation in advance."
