This luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom holiday homet boasts breathtaking views and is equipped with a stunning hot tub - perfect for unwinding and taking in the scenery.
The contemporary décor is tastefully done and adds to the overall feeling of luxury throughout. With soaring floor to ceiling windows, you`ll never tire of the breathtaking views from the comfort of your own holiday home.
Enjoy an open living and dining area perfect for entertaining, as well as a private balcony which offers stunning views of the river. This is an amazing opportunity to experience Queenstown life in style and comfort.
Tesla (Type 2) electric car charger
2 external security cameras located on the property.
1. Observe and respect the arrival and departure times
2. Tidy away dishes, leaving the kitchen as you find it.
3. Remove footwear inside, and use the coasters provided.
4. Outdoor balconies must be vacated between 10pm and 7am. Disturbances will be taken very seriously.
5. Reservation is strictly limited to the confirmed guests only.
6.Spa-strictly no food, drink or glass allowed in spa. No oils, soaps or other bath products to be used in the spa. For your safety and others.
7. No smoking or vaping. $500 fine and any remediation costs will be billed to guests.
Guests have access to entire house. No guest access to garage.
