"We stayed for a couple days on our road trip and wanted a place close to Carlsbad. This is a nice house that had plenty of space for everyone. We travel with a grandparent and children so it’s nice to find a bigger place when we can. The house is put together well and had everything that we needed. We also had fun with the pac man game. "

"We stayed here to visit Carlsbad caverns. It was sufficient but there was an ant problem in the kitchen. We slept cozy. It was a comfortable place. We cooked in but the dishes were dirty and there were crumbs in all the drawers. We cleaned up before we left. Overall it was a good stay. "

"The location of the house is perfect for walking to the water park, splash pad, play ground and swimming beach on the river. The house itself is in disrepair. The owner appears to be in the process of remodeling but if you are squeamish about poor bathrooms, open electrical outlets, or walls/floors that are not finishes then this is not the rental for you until their repairs are finished.
