Great location and easily walkable from port. Right near gate to the pedestrian zone and easy walk to coliseum as well. Apartment had all you need, bed was a little hard for my liking.

We stayed at Monumenti Hotel Pula and it was honestly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The staff took care of us from the moment we arrived and made everything feel effortless. It was my 25th birthday during our stay, and they went above and beyond to make it feel extra special, such a thoughtful touch that meant a lot. Beautiful hotel, amazing service, and a team who genuinely care. Would highly recommend.

Avoid staying here unless you want your nude pictures available online. The bathroom rolling shutter in our room was broken and to make matters worse the accommodation will not answer our numerous calls (from me and Hotels.com support) to ask for help. We ended up not being able to shower as our bathroom window completely exposed us to the nearby buildings. Even in the next day when I notified the staff and asked to speak with the manager, they told me that they cannot reach the manager on a Sunday and that she will contact me on Monday. Another lie as the manager never contacted me. I even sent them an email that they of course ignored. They are completely unprofessional, I would strongly suggest booking somewhere else, if anything goes even slightly wrong you will be on your own.

This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.

Love this hotel. Charming, small, great location walking up to Old Town. Had dinner in their restaurant and meal delicious. Also breakfast is included and they will make whatever you’d like.
