Vacation apartment Mallorca with pool and tennis, sea view, Josilo2

Our holiday rental in Mallorca, Josilo 2, was newly renovated in 2019; it is very well-maintained, clean, and located in a very quiet area.
The holiday rental is suitable ONLY FOR 2–3 PEOPLE and features a living room and a bedroom. Both rooms open onto a spacious balcony with a view of the sea.
The balcony features a lounge set for relaxing and a dining table where you can enjoy your meals.
The small, newly renovated bathroom offers a spacious shower, toilet, and sink with a cabinet.
In the living room, you can get comfortable on the sofa in front of the TV.
The new kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, stove, Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, and a small breakfast bar.

The holiday apartment features air conditioning, which keeps you comfortably warm during the colder months and provides pleasant coolness in the summer. The apartment can also be heated with infrared heaters in the winter. New front doors and windows were installed in 2024. A washing machine is available for your use.

Many holiday rentals in Mallorca are described as “quietly located”—but not all of them actually are.
Josilo 2 is located in a nature reserve in the village of BETLEM—in the Bay of Alcudia. Betlem is far removed from the hustle and bustle of the tourist season. The nearest town (Colonia de San Pere) is 5 km away. There you’ll find shops where you can stock up on everything you need, as well as several wonderful restaurants right on the beach. The artists’ town of Arta is a 20-minute drive away. Here you’ll find wonderful souvenir and arts-and-crafts shops offering a wide variety of items.
Betlem is a sleepy little village: there are no hotels or entertainment programmes here, no loud bars or tourist crowds. You can take hours-long walks along the beach, go hiking, and experience nature.
There are a few small coves for swimming (pebble beaches, a 10-minute walk from the apartment). A sandy beach is located in the neighbouring town.

2 minutes to the nearest café with delicious croissants and pastries, 2 minutes to a small mini-market.
10 minutes to the nearest restaurant
10 minutes to the sea

Distances by car:
55 minutes to the airport in Palma
8 minutes to the nearest town with a waterfront promenade, many restaurants, and shopping
20 minutes to the beautiful artists’ town of Artá.
