Nice accomodation

This is a nice place to stay in the center of Colonia St. Pere. Only 50m from the local beach with a great view from the roof top terrasse and access to many restaurants along the water front. However, it is 3rd floor without lift, so be prepared to climb stairs and has no aircondition. It´s ok when nights get a bit cooler to chill the appartement. We loved it very much.

De inrichting van de keuken was een catastrofe: maar een wijnglas, De afzuigkap werkte niet. Geen bakblik in de oven. badkamer stonk naar schimmel. Beneden lagen tientallen doden en halfdoden kakkerlakken. wel goed geslapen.

Schönes Objekt unter schlechtem Management!

Pros: Die Lage in der Ortsmitte und in absoluter Wassernähe ist top. Cons: Div. Angaben in der Werbung stimmten nicht mit der Wirklichkeit übererein! TV ging nicht! Keinerlei Signal via Kabel, Schüssel oder Antenne. Schriftliche Reklamation wurde über 14 Tage ignoriert. Gleichartige Probleme in Sachen WLAN/ WiFi. Gleicher Ärger mit dem defekten Wasserkessel. Dunstabzugshaube in der Küche defekt und total verfettet. Bestuhlung des Balkons morscher Schrott. Dito der Wäscheständer. Etc. etc. Es tut weh zu sehen, dass die an sich wunderschöne Wohnung, dank offensichtlicher Vernachlässigung nicht wirklich gewürdigt werden kann.

Für einen Kurzurlaub im Frühjahr in der Region Arta zu empfehlen!

Pros: Super Lage, in zweiter Reihe zum Strand. Dachterrasse mit zum Teil sehr schönen Ausblicken. Ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung für Max 4 Personen. Unkomplizierte Kontaktaufnahme und Schlüsselübergabe! Nette Restaurants an der Promenade! Cons: Wir waren nur für 4 Übernachtungen im Mai vor Ort. Es gibt keine Airkondition (im Sommer sicherlich sinnvoll!) Es gibt keine schriftlichen Hinweise und Vorrichtungen zur Mülltrennung und keine Information, wo der Müll entsorgt werden kann. Wir haben ihn deshalb in der Wohnung zurücklassen müssen. Es gibt keine Bedienungsanleitung in Englisch/Deutsch) für das TV (bei unserem Kurzurlaub verschmerzbar). Vielen Gebrauchsgegenständen sah man ihr Alter und Nutzung an( Geschirr, Küchengeräte), es sollten auch für 4 Personen Kaffeebecher vorhanden sein. Die Dachterrasse hätte auch ein wenig mehr Charme (Blumenkästen waren alle ausgedörrt, ein funktionsfähiger Sonnenschirm fehlte/ nur Restbestände, die wir zusammengebastelt haben) vertragen können. Das Innenbad hat keine extra Lüftung, so dass wir die Tür sehr oft offen ließen.
