8/10 Good
"We really enjoyed our stay, the home itself is beautiful and full of charm. It’s an older Spanish-style property with lovely character and a cozy, welcoming feel. The location was fantastic, just an 8–10 minute walk to downtown and plenty of nearby restaurants, which made it super convenient. The house was very well equipped, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. There were plenty of towels, and everything we needed was provided; utensils, cookware, and comfortable living spaces. The bathrooms were spotless and fully stocked, which we really appreciated. The host was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. When we arrived, the water wasn’t working, but they had someone out to fix it within about 30 minutes, great service! They also allowed our dog, who loved the stay as much as we did.As it’s an older property, there are a few things to keep in mind. The A/C wasn’t working very well during our visit, which made it a bit warm inside, though thankfully the weather was mild. The pool was being serviced when we arrived and stayed a bit cloudy, so we chose not to use it. The house shows its age a little, but it’s part of its charm, and it was overall clean and comfortable.Overall, it’s a lovely, well-located home with great character and a very responsive host. With just a few maintenance updates, it would be perfect!I did not take photos of the property, I should have but forgot. "
"Aside from the fact that this is an old house located in an old neighborhood with quirky one-way streets having odd angles, we appreciated the charm, comfort, and cleanliness. There is a nearby Publix for stocking up on necessities. As a surprise bonus, the backyard is a beautiful little oasis! The listing pictures and descriptions were accurate, and Michael was very responsive to our messages. Overall, we were happy to stay here. "
"Great proximity to shops and restaurants all walking distance , great gym and great pool great communications with Monica ( managing the booking ) . Would love to reurn again next year "
