"Vi blev fint välkomnade och både rummet och frukosten var mycket bra. Vi är nöjda med själva boendet och personalen var trevlig. Däremot blev vi besvikna över att vi inte kunde använda poolen eller bastun. Det krävdes tidsbokning, vilket vi inte hade fått information om i förväg. Vi hittade ingen information om detta på hemsidan heller. När vi kom efter kl. 18 var det fullbokat. Vi valde just detta hotell för att det fanns pool, så det kändes tråkigt att inte kunna använda den. Tydligare information inför vistelsen hade varit uppskattat."

"It was good, check-in was a bit confusing but that might just have been me. I had a generally good stay, liked the location, room etc. My only issue was when before checkout (around 9) a member of staff knocks and I say hello and then they simply unlocked my door anyway? And it was an awkward moment. I don't really know why they tried comming in since it's before checkout and I've rented my room. But other then that yeah it was good"
