"Got to the hotel and given a room at first I genuinely thought I had been given a room at a 1970s russian camp. The guy at the desk was asleep and didn't speak a lick of English. We didn't get told about the sauna or the jacuaazi which is still not working or built not sure which After our 7 days ..."

"The mattresses are quite soft so if you prefer a firm mattress ,I don’t know what you are going to do. The air conditioner was set at 22 degrees Celsius and the reception staff said it cannot be lowered as they have a central control panel at reception.Well that lovely 22 degrees Celsius was so wonderful ..."
