I love staying at Extended Studios Ontario. Webdy, Manuel and Evelyn are such a joy to interact with. Always kind and so attentive. Hotel is so clean and very quiet. The houeleepers are very friendly as well. Cant wait to see the final upgrades being done and hopefully there will still be free washing and drying from the lau dry room.

Few things that were disappointing- Room was not ready when checked in at 4:45, bathroom had hair sticking in tub wall, one tower was ripped and from 1am to 2:30 loud party noise from the street kept us awake.

A great place for families. Friendly staff, clean rooms, delicious food at the restaurant. Exterior of hotel, carpets and some of the pool chairs could use repair and updating. Overall very happy with resort.
