"Overall the front desk staff were Fantastic & we enjoyed our stay, but housekeeping was a joke & kinda rude when asked for clean towels to be delivered to our room (not the front desk but the gentleman that brought the towels)!! Our room was cleaned once in a week!? Climate control was nutty also, from sweltering to subzero temps with no happy medium in the room!? I don't know about other rooms, but 520 needs a bathroom update also, compared to the rest of the room, the bathroom looks dated & dirty!?"
