"Staff are well trained and attentive, breakfast is generous, fresh and delicous. The beach is a 15min walk and impressive but very crowded. There is nowhere to eat in the evening that is not on the main busy road. Overall we felt the hotel is overpriced for the area - we originally booked a double standard room but it was so small, windowless and oppressive we were forced to choose to upgrade (or loose our money). The upgrade was nice and in one of the 3 rooms with a balcony - this is very nice...

"Everyone was very friendly and we loved the medieval village inside the castle walls. It is very charming and we enjoyed walking around at night. However while the room itself was very clean, we noticed in the morning (we may stayed one night) that our bed sheets were heavily stained along the corners. We took pictures and understand they’ve been passed on to management. "

"Great price, good location. Breakfast was very good. Staff is very nice, especially Valentina at the front. Various restaurants and snack bar/pubs nearby. Room is basic but has everything you need and is clean. Only complaint is there is a nice little balcony, but no chairs. A couple of plastic outdoor chairs would be nice so you could sit outside and enjoy a drink and relax. There was only one tiny stool in our room and two beds with a built in desk/shelf. So one has to sit on the bed and one...

"I like that it is in a quiet place near Sanctuario de Fatima. Staffs are friendly …we asked for hot water at the cafe and we were accommodated. The only thing was that after the candle procession, it was almost 11pm , there was no open restaurants so those who stayed here must ensure they bought food e.g. ahead of they will get hungry after the procession."

"The parking spots were directly in front of the hotel. The hotel has a machine on the first floor to get coffee, but they should probably provide a tea kettle in each room. Our main issue was that you could absolutely hear everyone around you. At 2 a.m., there were people outside our room knocking on doors and kids screaming. We weren’t able to fully fall asleep until almost 2 a.m. Also, if you want to get breakfast, you must purchase it in advance, at least the day before because you won’t be...
