This was a great hotel for our stay in San Jose. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. Check in was smooth and efficient, our room was fine, and we enjoyed using the pool (although it is cold) and the onsite restaurant.

Breakfast was terrific, fresh and lots of choices, plus excellent coffee. Dinner, drinks and desserts were divine. This is an older hotel with a bit of that “funky” wet smell in some carpeted areas, but that was my only complaint. Pool and grounds were gorgeous and well maintained.

Beautiful property and house!
Hidden gem for sure. House was beautiful and the property was stunning! We watched monkeys while drinking our morning coffee and there’s a beautiful cook shack to cook over the open fire. We also saw iguanas, squirrels and beautiful birds while walking around the property, looking at the waterfalls ...
