We arrived after reception closed so had to use the out of hours screen outside but despite multiple attempts it wouldn't recognise our booking. Had to use the emergency contact no, and a member of staff came out to help. After failing to get it to work she opened reception and checked us in manually. ...

Really enjoyed out stay again at Zi-Loft. There is alot of space for a large group. Any queries are answered quickly and the staff on site are very friendly and welcoming.
