The complex is very quiet, with a garden area, 600 metres from the sea, and La Arenita beach, a rocky beach, where you can find fantastic beach bars. Near the complex you will find a large selection of restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and all types of shops.

The Holiday Home has a wonderful and peaceful terrace with a view of the swimming pool, where you can relax and enjoy a meal with all comfort and pleasure. It has a bedroom with a double bed. A living room with a sofa and dining area. It has a kitchen and laundry area. Bathroom with bathtub.

Palm Mar is a very peaceful area, where you can take pleasant walks, enjoy the sea and terraces, without the need to use a car. The house was quite cozy. The hosts were fairly helpful. The place is quiet, just as I was looking for, and all the necessary services are nearby. There is also a covered parking space, and in any case it’s easy to find parking on the street.

Hemos pasado las vacaciones en este apartamento y ha estado todo muy bien. El apartamento correcto con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia estupenda. También estaba muy limpio. La urbanización está muy bien cuidada. La terraza es una maravilla, es donde hemos hecho vida completamente. Nos han facilitado muchísimo la estancia ya que nos dejaron entrara por la mañana según llegamos del aeropuerto y también nos dieron flexibilidad en la salida por el mismo motivo. Sin duda repetiremos el año que viene. Muchas gracias

При пошуку вибирали з недорогої цінової категорії і спочатку побоювалися що щось буде не так. Але все було супер. По прильоту з аеропорту написали господарям, їх звати Вітор і Ізабель, що будеме приблизно за годину вони нас зустріли і все показали. Спілкувалися англійською, але там багото слів не потрібно, я думаю, можно любою мовою. В апартаментах є все, повноцінна кухня з усім посудом і можливістю готування їжі, постільна білизна з рушниками, балкон який переходить у терасу з чудовим видом на басейн з пальмами у дворі (усе як на фото). В квартирі було дуже чисто і охайно). В нашому розпорядженні безкоштовно був басейн з ліжаками, не той що на фото, а більший, який знаходиться з іншої сторони будинку (доступ до басейну мають лише мешканці будинку) і, увага, не парковоче місце під будинком, а цілий підземний гараж зі своїм ключем від автоматичних воріт) - дуже зручно спускаєшься два сходових прольоти з кватрири і ти вже біля машини.
