Central yet quiet and only 10 minutes by car from the beach and the promenade, is our new, modern and fully equipped apartment. This comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment offers accommodation for up to a maximum of 2 persons. The apartment has 1 bedroom, a bathroom with shower, washing machine, a large living room and a modern kitchen, a large terrace with BBQ Various amenities such as free Wi-Fi connection or German-language TV programs are available. The spacious terrace with beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean invites you to relax. After a sunny visit to the beach and before you enter your apartment, you can refresh yourself at the shower by the pool which belongs to the complex. Parking is provided ..
The little gem offers peace and quiet. It is your own personal paradise for a relaxed and informal holiday in a stylish ambience. Your vacation home impresses with its own subtropical garden. The charming bungalow is individually designed and offers plenty of private space and comfort. Harmonious colors and different light sources create a pleasant environment.

The complex includes a palm-fringed heated community pool (10 x 18 m) The free beach chairs invite you to relax and provide. fabulous panorama of Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas, the surrounding majestic brown mountains and in direct contrast to the deep blue Atlantic.

If you want a completely different kind of holiday, we can do it too.
The family friendly Adler Park is only 5 minutes away.
For fast-paced water slides, enjoy Siam Park, 10 minutes away, or the Aqua Park in San Eugenio.
Mountain hikes, camel safaris, paragliding, all water sports, horse riding and much more can be found within reach within a radius of 10 km
In the south of Tenerife are several beautifully landscaped golf courses.

Las Américas / Los Cristianos, 5 minutes away, offers nightlife for a variety of restaurants, folklore shows, casinos, nightclubs and bars.
For shopping, various shopping centers, Siam mall 7 minutes away by car outlet stores and boutiques.

A nice stay in Arona, few details could've been better

This appartment is nice to live in, fully equipped and brand new. The location is in a small neighbourhood that will be calm and lovely. Close to all the western coast and the Teide by car. I had a very nice stay overall even if a few details could have been better. There's no hammock unlike the photo and the hosting is convient but not really warming since you have to pick up the keys without anyone being here. have

First of all, the pool is neither in the apartment building nor next to it — it’s about a 5-minute walk away. In our case, we didn’t even receive the key to access it and only found out after asking.Secondly, there is no private parking, despite the listing saying otherwise. You’ll need to park on the street.On the positive side, the kitchen is well equipped for cooking, and the area itself is very quiet.That said, I would not stay here again, as the apartment description is misleading.

Excellent little peaceful Paradise

This is a lovely property for 2, very spacious and very well equipped, lots of little extras. Directions from the Owner were very good, unfortunately our flight was delayed and we arrived in the dark. Due to the property sitting in the middle of a little estate with lots of little alleys ( all very cute), but somewhat erratic numbering it took a while to find it, a torch is recommended. Once we found it, it was easy. Lovely Garden, very private despite being a ground-floor apartment and people occupied the top floor. Would have liked bedsite tables and the info that there was only 1 pool key between the 2 units, but that was quickly resolved with a quick query to the owner. Definately will recommend this little treasure and we will be back.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Küche prima ausgestattet. Wir haben jedes Mal einen Parkplatz direkt in der Zugangsstraße bekommen. Wenn man sich nah an das Beet stellt, kann man sogar das Meer sehen!

Ruim en keurig appartement

Prima verblijf gehad van twee weken en alles is aanwezig. ‘s ochtends lekker ontbijten in de zon, helaas in de namiddag is er geen zon meer. Mooie tuin! Wij zouden er zo weer een keertje kunnen verblijven. Communicatie met eigenaar is goed.

Eine sehr schöne Zeit! :-)

Wir hatten eine unheimlich schöne Zeit. Die Lage war schön ruhig und trotzdem war alles was man braucht gut zu erreichen. In der Wohnsiedlung gibt es einen Pool, den man mit nutzen kann. Herrliche Lokalitäten, wo man wirklich gut essen kann, zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Das sitzen auf der Terrasse war herrlich und um draußen zu frühstücken. Es ist für Katzenliebhaber genau das richtige, aber auch für Allergiker, die Katzenallergie haben ist es hier kein Problem. Ich bin allergisch auf Katzen und hatte garkeine Probleme. Die Wohnung war absolut Katzenhaare frei. Die zwei süßen Katzen sind nur draußen und statteten nur mal kurze Besuche ab. Eine Parkmöglichkeit findet man auch immer. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zwecks Check-In war problemlos. Man sollte sich nicht irre führen lassen und auf die Adresse, die der Vermieter nochmal per Mail schickt beachten, sonst kann es etwas schwierig werden das Apartment zu finden. Wir hatten eine unheimlich schöne Zeit und freuen uns mal wieder zu kommen!

Super netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert. Sehr saubere und ansprechende Wohnung. Für 2 Erwachsene genau richtig. Lage sehr ruhig und doch nicht weit von den großen Zentren entfernt. Terrasse mit Garten und Grill echt klasse. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die wunderschönen Urlaubstage in Chayofa.

Gelegen in een prettig dorpje, een heerlijk compleet uitgerust appartement. Het strand en alle voorzieningen op een paar autominuten. Op een paar min lopen een heerlijk gemeenschappelijk zwembad. We komen graag terug!

Van alle gemak voorzien

Dit beneden-appartement is ruim, goed verzorgd, modern en van alle gemak voorzien. Prima box-springbed. Kussens zijn aan vervaging toe als je en steviger kussen gewend bent. Ook een ruime badkamer en fijne douche. De apparatuur in de kamer en keuken is van goede kwaliteit. (Een handleiding van kookplaat en bijvoorbeeld tv was handig geweest). Het is goed toeven in de mooie bloeiende tuin. Door de beschutte ligging is er wel weinig wind, waardoor temperatuur sterk kan oplopen. Privacy was iets minder dan verwacht. Er hangen camera's en van boven en de zijkanten is er inkijk op de tuin. Al met al een fijne tijd gehad in Chayofa.
