Really great spa and pool, room, and food. Some important details: no spa admission after 8 pm, it reopens at 10 in the morning. The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. ...
