The holiday apartment 'Auszeit' is located in a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Alt-Arnsberg. In the surrounding area, you will find numerous hiking and cycling trails, such as the Ruhr Valley Cycle Path. Three reservoirs and the Hochsauerland region with various attractions can be reached by car within 20 to 30 minutes. A grocery store and a bakery are about an 8-minute walk away. The city centre is approximately 1.4 km away.

The 70 sqm non-smoking apartment features three rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower/bathtub and hairdryer, and a separate toilet. The large south-facing terrace is furnished in summer and offers barbecue facilities and a fire bowl. A parking space for your car is available depending on availability, and there is public parking directly in front of the house.
