However he was discharged and we wanted to cancel the reservation but we were unable to cancel due to Expedia cancellation policy. Kipp offered to give us credit to use on a future stay from the property itself however we did not have any plans for a future stay so we decided to stay the night. The room was adequate. Parking was limited. We missed the breakfast but the morning desk attendant made coffee for us "

"Friendly staff, clean and spacious room. My only issue was the AC turning off and on, but chances are that’s on me for not adjusting the settings. Overall I enjoyed my time. "

"The property was nice, for what we were there for, only 1 night, it was cool. My boys enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was really good, especially the scrambled eggs and cheese! Our room was clean, the tub could have been cleaner but I kept in mind the hotel is old. The air conditioning kept cutting off and I kept having to turn it down so it will come on. The only complaint I have, it was around 12:30am, I kept hearing a LOUD piping sound. I called the front desk, I had to use my cell phone because the phone that's in the room wasn't hooked up. I spoke to the lady at the front desk, she wasn't to eager to help but she did say that it was probably the air conditioning outside of the building. Our room was 200 which was at the end of the building so that's probably why I was hearing the loud noise. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We would book again."

"The property was very convenient to get to the university . I personally think the room needed to be updated and the hallways the rooms were in they had a dated dusty feel. The Placery had great bartenders limited food though"
