Welcome to our vibrant and spacious 4-bedroom retreat in the heart of Arnolds Park! Perfect for families and groups, our colorful Airbnb sleeps up to11 people and offers all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.
From water sports on Lake Okoboji to exploring the nearby trails and parks, there's no shortage of fun activities to enjoy during your stay. Take a leisurely stroll to Arnolds Park Amusement Park for a day of rides and games, or head out on the water for fishing, boating.

This is an apartment type of building. You do have guests on one side of you and above you. We understand this is a suite that sleeps 11 but we do want you to be aware that there are guests you would affect if you plan a louder gathering.
We do not approve of interaction with passing cars for entertainment. :)
We provide a door code to you via text the week of your arrival.

You will receive check instructions via email once your stay is paid in full and your own secure door code arrives the week of your stay.
Once you book, you will receive a confirmation email and it lists places for you to research so you can start planning your upcoming trip.

With spacious bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two full bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind. You have a patio space, green space for games and a roof top patio to share with other guests.

We are not a pet-friendly property. Our busy location and high guest turnover means we cannot accommodate the extra cleaning pets require. If you need special accommodations, please let us know before your stay so we’re all on the same page. Service animals must remain with their owner at all times and may not be left alone in the property.
We have not required guests to do any chores before their check out since Spring of 2024, but we do appreciate any help you give.
