A perfect place to stay for work and pleasure.
We had a project installing and finishing a wood floor on the lake. Our schedule had a few changes and the owners were so very accommodating! We even got to spend a little bit of time with our kids, on Super Bowl weekend. They really enjoyed the water park.

Family Christmas getaway
Grandma and Grandpa gave the kids and grandkids 2 nights stay to go swimming at Bridges Bay for Christmas. They had a blast! Also our host for this house was very accommodating, she made my planning this trip les stressful.

Girl’s Getaway
5 high school friends who graduated from a nearby high school in 1982 had a girls weekend. We all loved the condo and the accommodations! The rainy weather did not permit us to enjoy anything outdoors but we still had an amazing weekend. The area has a lot of fun activities and great restaurants. We will be back, and hope to bring our families as well.

Nice property.
We’re 2 retired couples that rented this property to do some golfing and biking in the area. The home was well stocked and clean. All the bedrooms are upstairs. It wasn’t a problem for any of us, but people might want to be aware of that. The owners were attentive to our check in and out. We would stay here again if we’re in the area.

Wonderful Family Get-Away
This property was a wonderful fit for our family of six adults and two kids. Everything was very clean and well-maintained. Lots of extras, such as indoor and outdoor games which we enjoyed. The comfortable deck furniture and fire pit off the Master lended an awesome peaceful area for visiting and relaxing. Cabin owner was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this property!

They had everything we needed!
This is the best stocked short term rental we have ever stayed in. Plenty of kitchen and bathroom supplies. The beds and linens were of great quality. There was a high quality grill and some yard games for outside. Good communication with the owners of property. One small plumbing problem during our stay that was resolved immediately. There is a pool across the street that the kids enjoyed. I would highly recommend this property.

Boji Vacation
We had a great time for our annual Boji vacation. The house was great for our group. We had 8 people this year and it fit us very comfortably. It was also very clean and had everything we needed while we were there. It is also located in a great spot! The property manager great to work with. She was easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. I would recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in Okoboji!

Perfect location!
Visiting for a wedding at Arnold’s Park Majestic Pavillon and this cabin was perfect for our family! Clean, well maintained and everything you need for visiting the waterpark or the close by community pool. Center of town is a quick 6-7 min drive away. Owner’s suggestions for restaurants was spot on. Loved the Bogi Browns breakfast option at the Koffee Kup!!!

Great Place!
We really enjoy staying at Bridges Bay. The kids (<5) love the water park and you're close enough to town and the surrounding cities for antiquing at the many places. This place was clean and had a well stocked kitchen, towels, sheets, and beds. There's plenty of beds for a large family to spread out. The two sets of full-over-full bunks are great and add extra sleeping capacity. Property manager was great too! I'd give a 4.5-star rating if I could, only because the main picture for the property had a great outdoor furniture set and fire pit off the master that we were looking forward to. Unfortunately it wasn't set up when we were there, I'm assuming due to the season, but we were disappointed given the expectation based on the pictures. All around it's a great place that I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at the cabin! We had plenty of space for our two families. It was a great location and we had a blast! We loved the board games up in the closet too! The owners did a great job communicating issues or questions that came up during our visit. It was a great trip!

Awesome experience
We had a great time in Okaboji. The cabin was awesome and meet all of our family needs. The game closet was a huge hit along with the library. The water park was fun. We enjoyed a movie night all snuggled together ❤ The communication with the host was top notch. We would recommend this property and we are looking forward to going back.

Perfect alternative to staying at hotel
We were 2 families with young children traveling to experience the water park. This cabin was the perfect option for us because of all the amenities they had to offer. Plenty of beds for sleeping, 2 bathtubs for cleaning up children, a fully stocked kitchen for preparing and making meals, and large dining table for everyone to fit around to enjoy meal time. For a winter stay, we would definitely come back to this place!

Wonderful home with excellent communication and check in/out process
We stayed here for a wedding in Terril, IA and it was such an easy place to stay at, wonderful/ comfy beds, everything we needed for coooking meals (aside from the food) and the process for checking in and out was simple and quick. The communication was great with the owners, I would definitely recommend to others and stay here again!

Wonderful cabin
We had a great stay. Owners are friendly and responsive. We came during the off-season so a lot was closed but perfect weather to get outdoors and the water park was open for the weekend. Plenty of privacy at the cabin during the off-season. Will definitely consider renting here again.

This is a very nice place to stay with lots of amenities. The kitchen is well stocked with nice utensil’s and cookware. We were a little surprised at the list of items we had to do to check out while also paying a higher cleaning fee.

Well stocked & Enjoyable.
Owners were absolutely fantastic to work with and very prompt with all questions. Regular pool right across the street was a big bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Many games for fun in the game closet. Tv services provided. Grill worked great. Sheets were all soft and smooth. I would say the kitchen benches need some work-they look good but seem maybe well used where the cushion feels lacking an it’s gets rather uncomfortable to sit on for a stretch of time to play a game, etc. Bunk beds in master were very squeaky the first 3 nights like every movement was so obnoxious with loud squeaks but the 4th night it was better than it had been, still a little squeaky but nothing terrible so I’m not sure if it was the wood frame and it just hasn’t been used in awhile or if something needed tightening or what but we survived it. A small chest of drawers and a small tv would be great assets to the master. Bed sizes were all good. We had two families, so one family took the master, mom & 3 kids age 7, 10 & 12. The other family- mom & dad took the queen bedroom & the boys 5 & 9 took the bunk bedroom, worked out great for us to each have our own bathroom. Loved all the pool toys. The USB nightlight in the master was a great asset. I think the games would make more sense in the garage in a cabinet as there is no where to play them upstairs anyways. Many chairs to utilize outside which we never had the time to use as we stayed busy with getting out and about. Completely appreciated the tray with local info, like restaurant menus etc. bummed that the water park wasn’t fully opened, but that’s not of the owners control. Overall we all had a great time and made every lasting memories. Thanks for sharing your retreat with us.

Every year we try to upgrade a few things! The grill is brand new I'm glad you appreciated it. Unfortunate that both water parks were not open. As we near the end of summer and kids go back to school I know they do lose some of their lifeguards. Love love love the pool across the street it is so convenient!
