Our friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the kitchen and the hot tub during our stay. The views of the forest right from the living room and porch are great. The beds were comfortable as well

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
The property was very nice and kept clean. The owners put extra effort to make it very nice. The cabin was nice and comfortable.
We have stayed at a few cabins in the area, and this was the cleanest, most welcoming and comfortable of all of them! The beds were comfortable, there were plenty of games and such for the kids - and the hot tub was so relaxing. We loved how close it was to the Big Trees State Park. We look forward to booking again!!
The house is lovely, clean, and well appointed in a peaceful neighborhood. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey game and bunk bed arrangement. The owners are very responsive and provide lots of communication. We would stay again!

Snow vacay
It was perfect!!! Beautiful view!! The inside had everything we needed...the family loved all the options of games that were provided
We travelled from IL to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who lives in California. This cabin was a special place- clean, serene, and had spectacular views. Everything we could need was provided, and the beds were luxurious and had the softest linens. We’d love to come

A hidden gem in already beautiful locale
The accommodations far surpassed put expectations. Everything was top quality, and the manager, Paola, was very helpful and politely responded to our inquires. The location is as beautiful as any National or State park, simply breath taking views and environment.
We absolutely loved our stay, the home provided us with the perfect cabin vibes we were looking for. The hosts really provide you with anything you might need during your stay so that was really appreciated. The spa is smaller than others, but still fits 2 people comfortably, we really enjoyed it. The view towards the forest was amazing! We would definitely recommend booking this place.
Overall, we loved staying at this property. We did have a few issues upon arriving but the communication with the owner was excellent. She was incredibly responsive and helpful in resolving the situation. Big Trees park and downtown Arnold was accessible and close. I walked the neighborhood in the mornings and enjoyed the serene surroundings.
Arrived a little early and had a smooth check in process! The house was great, everything was as expected. Host reached out to make sure we were good, and it was a great location with great views. I'm not a morning person but I made sure to get up to watch the sunrise, and would highly recommend that! Everything was perfect and would highly recommend!!
The views are beautiful and the house is pretty well stocked. If you’re booking it because of the hot tub - it is not a true hot tub, very small (two adults barely fit) and there are no jets and no cover from rain/snow. But other than that it was a pleasant stay.
This place exceeded our expectations in so many ways! The location is near other homes yet you feel that you are the only one in the beauty of the trees and fresh Mountain air. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from a very nice patio, and living room windows. There were eight of us and it was very comfortable in the whole house. This owner goes above and beyond with stocking the kitchen with coffee and tea and the bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We would definitely stay here again!
Very clean, very well-appointed & very well-stocked. I personally wouldn't want to stay there with more than 2 couples total, including myself, with a couple of kids in the bunk beds but others might find it okay.
Paola was extremely responsive, friendly & helpful. On her own initiative she put 3 portable AC units in because it was gonna get very hot. Thank you again, Paola!
The view is quite good, there is a telescope there -- it was a bit too hazy while we were there.
I would recommend this cabin unhesitantly. Now it's not a neighborhood that I would enjoy walking around very much, but Big Trees is quite close and Arnold not far.
One thing to be aware of is that the driveway is quite steep and curved. I pulled in without thinking about this but when my friends showed up they chose to back down the driveway since that was much easier than backing back up it to leave.
I would not care to do this without a spotter but I guess if one went very slowly & stopped & got out to look it would be fine as long as one was working with gravity & not against it.
House and views were fantastic. The host was very responsive and helpful. Lots of fun things to do close by. We enjoyed our visit. The hot tub was small and soft sided - not what we were expecting.
