Enjoy your stay in this detached 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom holiday villa at Dormio Harbour Village! This 8-person waterfront villa is located right at the water on the peninsula Walcheren and has a surface area of 160 up to 199 square meters.



The spacious living room offers a charming seating area with a smart TV with streaming capability. Furthermore, there is a gas fireplace in the living room and a spacious dining area for the whole travel party. The modern, open-plan kitchen has a cooking island and luxury appliances, including a fridge, a freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine.



The sliding door in the living room gives access to the spacious and furnished terrace with a luxurious lounge set and dining set. The terrace is located right at the water and offers swimming stairs so you can enjoy swimming in the water. There also is a private jetty or a private boat house for your boat. From the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view over the water!



On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom each. Both bathrooms offer a walk-in shower and a washbasin.



On the second floor, there are 2 more bedrooms with 2 single beds and a private bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and a washbasin.



Furthermore, there are 2 or 3 toilets present and enough space to park at least 2 cars in front of the villa. The holiday villa offers underfloor heating and a storage with a washing machine and dryer. Free WiFi is available during your stay, and you can store your bike at the villa.
