Receptionist try to fool you to accept "temporary", even an economy room standard, pretending an " issue with your room" ....

" I was there with my family gor 8 days is one of the best places to stay on Halikdiki. The food was delicious with a lot of choices. Clean food lace and rooms. The staff was very friendly. The water in the beach was very clear. They provide beach umbrellas and chairs. We had greek music and international music for 3 days. Vert good entertainment. The view is beautiful with the Amuliani island on the front"

We arrived with no/normal expectation(by travelling in Greece for 20years).We were captivated by the position and panorama.We got executive suite but most of the rooms are with seaview. "It is a nice, small hotel on the frontline of the beach. Even though the name of the hotel includes "Sea View", half the rooms are on the back side of the hotel with a mountain view. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is not included, but they had pastries and coffee for sale in the lobby. The beach chairs in front of the hotel are free with the purchase of a drink from the hotel. There is free parking, but it can be tricky to find a place during the day."

"budget vacation at it's best. building sits on a very very large plot that has everything from shower to bbq, sitting area, playground, well lit parking etc. for families looking to save money, grill and hang out area are great. there is also a beach on walk distance. rooms - as expected in this price range, four beds are crammed into a small space, but that's what I expected. the good thing is that the fridge was not intrusive to my sleep. usually, they are. AC also was not loud."
