"This by far the worst stay I ever had. I ended up the next day at a chiropractor office due to the worst night of sleep on the worst mattress. I left the hotel after the first night of 3 nights reservations. The room is slightly larger than a standard appartment bathroom. Barely could move around. "A Turkish person said this was a 5-star hotel, which definitely is not. I'm not a hotel snob, and thought this was a very clean hotel but there were minor things like the way things were fixed were slabbed with caulking or not straight. Also, our bathroom shower drain backed up the whole 3 days we were there. The rooms smell like cigarettes even in non-smoking rooms. The food was pretty good and overall, the rooms were clean. "We had a fantastic experience. The staff very professional and friendly. Everything well organised and the customer service just impeccable. It was our first time in Turkey and they told us all about how to get around. Rooms super clean, the food were tasty. From pool, sauna, massage all 5*. Definitely my first choice if I visit Turkey again. The only downside is that there isn’t much around. But that isn’t a problem if you’re driving. We had a fantastic experience.
