"Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to check into my stay as I reached out earlier in the week through Expedia and the property and had no response in regards with having to cancel my stay The response through Expedia was the property never got back to them Unfortunately, we suffered to death in the family and I needed to cancel my reservation I was not able to get my funds back. I was not able to speak with anybody. So I paid for an empty room I’m sure the property is beautiful as it was referred to us through a friend that stays on a regular basis Unfortunately, my experience with communication through Expedia and the property is poor Thanks for asking"

"Good price for a place to sleep"

"We have stayed here before and had no real issue with anything but this time our room temperature was impossible to control. It was either hot or cold. Additionally, a bathroom shelf was off the wall and it had not been repaired or replaced. One of the elevators has a down button that will not work - that was true last year as well. This is a clean and comfortable place to stay but it appears no one is focused on needed maintenance."

"EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave! 😉😁🤗"

"Climate control was a challenge "

"The hotel can definitely use an update. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says food delivery can’t come to your room which I think is crazy. The front desk clerk was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping went ahead and cleaned our room and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had just took some things to the truck. Probably will not stay here again. But the beds were okay and it was semi clean not the cleanest. It was okay I’ll say that. "

"The cabin was perfect for us, as we were in the area to visit family. The kids loved the games and activities provided and gathering around the fire both nights. The host was quick to respond and cordial, and the home has all you need, and then some, for a comfortable stay."
