This hotel is magical! Beautiful decor and excellent layout. It was very well laid out with comfortable furniture and bedding. This was my second stay. I really enjoyed it. Montemar Studio is just a few meters from the beach, and downtown Arkasa is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is clean, functional, and very quiet. I will be back next year!

Very kind elderly couple. They greeted me in English when I arrived, showed me to my room and gave me a tour of it. This place makes you feel like a local.
