Arltunga Historical Reserve Holidays from AU$1,110

I booked a good rate with Expedia but found that this hotel seems to have two classes of room - one in an old and degraded building and one in a large new section. I was in the former. Room was fine with all required amenities but still a little shabby. I used the laundry room and that wasn’t very clean and driers barely working. But this hotel is in a great location and is secure, so on the whole 4/5.

The room was ok. The staff was adequate but english was not there first language. The breakfast buffet i had to explain what an over hard egg was. If you went on a tour and wanted to take snacks with you they could not accommodate as they said they did not have a a take licence. For a Hilton franchise i found that should change. Otherwise my stsy was ok

Clean, well equipped room, friendly staff, good location.

No housekeeping or maintenance over the Easter weekend. I appreciate staff want to be with their families over the holiday but this is the hospitality industry and I would expected better service

Easy location for tour and airport pickups. Great staff who made sure that as a lone female traveler I felt safe and were kind and friendly.
