Short businesses trip
It was a short business trip so was ok. The staff were friendly & the food was good. A nice room except for the leaking shower door which made the room smell damp. But all in all a pleasant stay

an ideal stop on our journey home
Very comfortable, a large room, excellent breakfast and good evening meal. Alongside the hotel is a beautiful area for sitting outside with a drink. Very helpful young lady on reception when we had a brief problem with power in the room - we were about to check out (approx 11am on 4 July)

Nice Transit Hotel
Nice stop over hotel while transiting through Belgium. Just off the motorway which was handy, but not too close that you can hear the traffic. Good breakfast as well.

Great location for visiting Bastogne or Luxembourg
Ideal place mid-way between Luxembourg City and Bastogne, the two main locations requiring a visit. Great friendly staff, clean and modern hotel with spacious room, great shower with plenty of water pressure. Very good breakfast. Extremely quiet which is ideal for resting after long and active days visiting the surrounding areas. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and beautifll. Due to covid,we had to take breakfast in the room: the plate with breakfast was very good. We could ask for coffee and thea as we like. There was no toilet brush in the toilet room. You had to open the water tap slowly because otherwise your clothes were wet.

Jammer dat het bed niet schoon was. Er zaten verse bloed vlekjes op het kussen Op 1 kamer ontbrak de bovendouche. Was alleen handdouche aan korte slang Zat wel nog de opening waar hij gezeten had Wel vriendelijk personeel en het restaurant was ook prima. Evenals het ontbijtbuffet

Ik had 3 kamers geboekt voor 2 nachten. Goed gelegen, rustig, vriendelijk personeel. Geen reden om niet opnieuw bij IBIS te boeken maar toch wel een aantal aandachtspunten waarvan ik oprecht hoop dat deze ter harte worden genomen. Receptionist bij ontvangst niet Nederlandstalig, geen probleem, wij spreken meerdere andere talen maar voor een dergelijk hotel mag dat toch wel verwacht worden. Tijdens het schoonmaken 's ochtends staan alle kamers open, wij liepen onze kamer in en namen wat van onze spullen mee zonder dat iemand daar naar omkeek of naar onze pasjes/sleutels vroeg. Bedenkelijk. Gebruikte badlakens werden verwijderd maar niet vervangen. Geen toiletborstel aanwezig. Ontbijt: relatief trage aanvulling eerste dag, compleet zwart geblakerd, oneetbaar spek de volgende. Nieuwe toevoer van spek werd er gewoon bovenop gedropt. Dit hotel heeft veel pluspunten maar de aansturing van bepaalde zaken moet m.i. beslist strikter. Succes verder.

Meilleur choix.
Facile d'accès mais enseigne de taille assez moyenne et cachée par la végétation donc, difficile à repérer de loin. Endroit calme, parking aisé et vaste. Personnel très professionnel, bienveillant, serviable et très poli. Autant à la réception, dans les couloirs qu'au restaurant. Petit déjeuner généreux avec des produits d'excellente qualité et pour tous les goûts. Chambres de belle dimension, insonorisées, bien équipées, avec une très bonne literie, sdb lumineuse et très propre. Bref sans défaut. Excellent rapport qualité-prix en général.

Etape d'une soirée
Très bon accueil et personnel très compétent. Hall d'entrée et bar très agréable, par contre le couloir au rdc et les chambres sont à rafraîchir. Nous avions une chambre côté route, très bruyant et pas bien insonorisée. Pour une étape cela reste correcte.

Ontvangst was goed en snel. Betaling verliep snel. We waren op de eerste etage ingedeeld, helaas had mijn vrouw haar voet onlangs gebroken en moesten gebruik maken van de trap omdat er geen lift was. Dat leverde haar de nodige pijn op. Het diner in het restaurant was uitstekend en hebben daar savonds heerlijk kunnen eten. De volgende dag bij het ontbijt viel ons het beleg erg tegen. Het plakje ham ontbrak net zoals het plakje kaas en dat was bij navraag ook niet beschikbaar❗️ De kamer (228) was schoon en het king size bed was uitstekend en daar was het eigenlijk om te doen, een lekkere nachtrust. Het raam konden we helaas niet open zetten omdat er een ‘technisch’ apparaat continu ergens buiten stond te draaien wat nogal een geluidsoverlast veroorzaakte. Dus maar geslapen met het raam dicht.
