Beautiful Craftsman Lakefront home located in a quiet cove in the Hampton's Subdivision. Built in 2017!!

This house is perfect for large families or a group of friends to get together and enjoy lake life. It is a 3 story house with 4,100 sqft of heated & cooled living area with 1,500 sqft of porches & balcony. There are 60" flat panel tvs on every floor with surround sound on the main level and whole home music in main living areas and porches. The house has 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths and 1 bunk room with all bedrooms having views of the lake. House also has gas grill on the main level porch; foosball table on upper level; ice maker (pellet ice!) and pool table on lower level. Enjoy your own private boat house with a swim platform, paddle board, tubes, floats and a Lilly pad.

Beautiful Lake Stay

We loved our time here. The house was beautiful and lots of space for our party. The dock was a hike but much easier than some we saw on the lake!!! Lots of room for our party if 9!

Lewis Smith Lake House

Great house with lots of space for a big gathering. Beautiful views and very peaceful. 2nd time at the house and would recommend it to anyone. Driveway is a bit intimidating, but worth it.

Photos Don’t Do This Place Justice!

Beautiful, spacious home with amazing lake views! My family truly enjoyed our stay at Pittman Rock. The house was super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed to make all meals, which was a plus considering not too many places DoorDash to the area. The only downside, in my opinion, is the steep driveway and gravel road leading to/from the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Perfect family house!

My family and siblings, along with their families, stayed here while we were in the area for our brothers wedding. We couldn’t have asked for a better set up. The kitchen was stocked extremely well, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The views and boat house were amazing. We’d definitely stay here, if in the area again.

Beautiful Fall Getaway

This our second time at this property over Thanksgiving. The fall color is gorgeous this time of year. Well-stocked and tons of space for our family of ten. The only downside of this house is that it is a little hard to get to- over an hour from the highway, and the steep gravel road is unnerving the first time. No cell reception but the WiFi is great. Lots of great hiking around (though it does require 30-40 minutes of driving for most of it).

Family Gathering

The main things that drew us to this location was the number of people that it accommodates in bedrooms and access to the lake. The house is well supplied. It is a beautiful location to just enjoy being together with family. As noted by others, the biggest drawback is access to the house.

Perfect Family Lake Trip

My family rents a lake house every summer for vacation, and we had a wonderful time at this property. The layout of the home is perfect for multiple families, the kitchen is fully stocked, and there were plenty of water toys (kayaks, paddle boards, floats, etc.) made available for all. The large pier is located in a beautiful secluded cove, so we had very little boat traffic. It was like having the lake all to ourselves. Also, the owner was very responsive to our pre-trip inquiries. My family is already planning the date to return to this property next year. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Coach’s 60th

We brought together men that hadn’t seen each other in 30 years to celebrate our beloved HS football coaches 60th birthday. The house made this get together by far more than we could have expected. Plenty of space and well kept plus just wow the views!! We were treated with the best weather and ample space to spread out and have room to catch up. We definitely talked about a return trip to this beautiful place and thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven.

Wonderful stay!

I hosted a retreat for pastors’ wives here. We had a wonderful time. The home is so great for a large group. There is so much space and the setting is beautiful. The driveway is a challenge but it’s manageable going slow and steady. Five cars can park down by the house, if parked strategically, and others can park at the top of the driveway. Daniel was a perfect host. He was so very gracious to us and responded very quickly to any needs. I would definitely stay here again.

Great House for Large Groups!

We had a great time at Daniel's lake house. The house is huge, with ample room for large groups due to the living room/common area/tv on each of the 3 floors - this was really great during our college football season visit. The week we arrived, new Fiber internet had been installed so in spite of the lack of cell service, everyone was able to stay connected. The driveway is steep, as others have noted, but taking it slow is the way to go. Can't wait to be back next year.

Arley at the Pittman’s lake house

We had a wonderful time. This house has 3 levels of rooms so great for 3-4 separate families staying together. The driveway getting back up almost requires 4 wheel drive especially if it had been rainy. No more than 5 vehicles can park and maneuver around the other. It is clean but it’s also in need of a deep cleaning (Like cob webs being knocked down, dusting the trim on the staircases and ceiling fans). A house that size probably needs a deep cleaning quarterly or at least twice during prime season. We would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful place to gather with friends.

This house is so beautiful and its location on Smith Lake has gorgeous views. We had a total of 15 people for the weekend and there was plenty of room to spread out. You can see that everything about the house and the property is well taken care of. The driveway was VERY steep but we were still able to carefully fit 8 cars close to the house. The open spaces on all 3 floors made it easy for everyone to spend time together. You can eat, drink, cook, watch TV, play pool or foosball, games OR hang our on one of the 3 beautiful decks to overlook the lake. I'm sure there's even more to do when the weather is hot and you can take advantage of the lake. It rained most of our visit but that didn't hinder us in the least from having a blast. I highly recommend staying here!

Family vacation to Smith Lake

Daniel was an awesome host. Quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We had a slight issue with the HVAC, assessment/repair personnel came to the house promptly. I lost my cellphone at the property. Cleaning crew and owner were advised. Hopefully it will be located. Overall, the house was nice, cleaned and stocked with essentials for cooking, washing clothes and streaming Netflix, Hulu and Wi-Fi was spot on. The driveway......, 4WD came in handy. Little steeper than expected, it is on the lake, just the drop was exhilarating. The view from the 3rd floor balcony was bird-like. I was able to see the whole cove and branch of the lake. Quite relaxing, especially after majority of the family left. I had the place to myself for an hour before leaving. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Again, thank you Daniel for all your assistance.

Great Stay for Big Group

Great stay. House was clean and new. It had three levels to break up families staying together easier. Wonderful lake with life jackets, floaties, and such provided. The temperature was hard to regulate. It was too warm on the 3rd floor and freezing on the bottom. Even with 2 units, it was hard to get everyone comfortable at once. The gravel road to get there and the driveway was extremely steep and super intimidating. Five cars made it with no issues, but I wouldn’t let an inexperienced driver do it.
