"Decked Out" - 80ft from house to water, gorgeous view, near Duncan Bridge

A getaway with family and friends to Decked Out on Smith lake will not be a long drive from anywhere. We are conveniently located between Arley and Duncan Bridge Marina on main channel close to all things to make this a fun and enjoyable trip.

Our house sleeps 16 people, upstairs offers 3 bedrooms & 1 bath, main level has on suite Master and a 1/2 bath, kitchen, dining , living and laundry, downstairs offers 1 bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, 1 full bath, game room has pool table, pingpong, foosball and other games besides a great movie-watching area, microwave and fridge are provided for your convenience.
Our 3 level decks offer many areas for seating , you can cook on the grill out side chatting with friends while enjoying the gorgeous view of Bankhead National Forest across the lake.

Feel free to bring your own boat and pwc because our boat lift, JetSki ports plus paddle boats are there for you to use. boat rentals can also be found at near by marina. you need to use Duncan Bridge Marina to lunch boat during the months of Nov. to Jan. due to low water level around the dock.

Great Long Weekend

The house was perfect for a mixed age group. The lower level is perfect for teens and the kitchen is very well stocked. The views from the deck and dock beautiful!

Family Lake Weekend

We took our grown kids and grandkids for the weekend. Even though it rained the entire weekend and we weren’t able to be on the water, it was absolutely a beautiful place and we had a great time. Plenty of room for a big family.

Decked Out was indeed fully decked out. The downstairs game room and television area had all we needed to enjoy our lake stay. With the occasion weather passing through the family enjoyed the Air Hockey and Pool Table as well as the Big Screen TV. The easy walkout to the dock was a real blessing for us older folks. The kids loved the jump from the upper deck and the location is really great. Duncan Bridge and Duskin Point Marina are close and convenient for boat rentals. We use Duskin Point but there are some rentals at Duncan Bridge too. You can't go wrong with Decked Out. Communication with the owner was quick and efficient, we really appreciated that.

Beautiful Smith Lake House

The house was perfect for 4 families. Everyone had a comfortable bed. The view is amazing. We loved the closeness of the house to the boat dock. We had the best time ever.

An absolutely beautiful and pet place to stay. Of all the places we have stayed this one was the most well stocked of all. The kitchen was as stocked as mine from home with all the extras like foil, Salt/pepper, coffee filters and even a high chair. All bathrooms had tons of towels and extra toilet paper 😃. We are already talking about returning 💛

Couldn’t be better

We’ve stayed in five properties on Smith Lake. This is our family’s unanimous best. On a super nice part of the lake- tucked back just enough and an all natural shoreline across the lake- no houses or docks. The house is fully equipped; there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. The decks are fantastic. We love the double decker dock and all the “toys” provided, both in the house and for the water. Just a wonderful five-star experience! We’ll be back next summer for sure! A great place!

We found Decked Out just as described on VRBO. It is a gorgeous home with beautiful views of the lake. We enjoyed the deck space and the fire pit area. Plenty of space in the home. The teenagers and adults loved the game room area. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes and the beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay with family and friends.

Great property for family

This lake house is awesome in all ways for your family. Quiet, clean, fun and the host was available for any questions we had. The double deck dock was a hit with the kids as well as the paddle boards provided. Lots of life vests of all sizes also provided. I will stay here every time I visit Smith Lake.

Amazing house and location

It was a beautiful house and the lake was wonderful. So clean and inviting. Boat rentals were easy and we spent a lot of time on the lake and jumping off the double decker dock. Downstairs was was a perfect place for our teenagers to have their own retreat.

Great Place for a Family Summer Vacation

This place was great for our family vacation. The house is wonderful, and the new decks and the double decker dock are truly outstanding. And the lake was great, it was deep, clean and during the week, it had very little boat traffic.
