"This apartment is located in a sketchy area of Little Rock near the Capitol Building. Oftentimes, I did not feel safe when entering and exiting the building because of other tenants. The parking was good until one day the gate broke, and resolving the issue took an extended period of time. I was asked to park on the street and move my car late at night to a parking building multiple blocks away, which I did not do due to the nature of the area. Another issue was the wifi, or the lack thereof. I attempted to get the issue resolved for a week straight, during which I was asked the same questions over and over with no resolution. I ended up having to buy wifi for 8 weeks to complete schoolwork and was never reimbursed, even though they clearly stated that wifi access was included in the advertised furnishings. The apartment on the inside is pretty nice, but this does not make it worth the headaches involved. I advise everyone to steer clear of this apartment and anything within the Capitol Manor building."
"The house is charming - even down to the Christmas decorations! Ammenities, backbyard space, comfortable furniture... this place had everything we could have asked for. I've already recommended it to a friend and might stay there again myself."

"Room was exactly like advertised. No complaints. Any questions were promptly answered. Parking does take some getting used to, however, it is very convenient to back door of property. "
