Fantastic location and beach, extremelly pure sea water, really nice staff, always ready to help. Very delicious food, great greek night event with fantastic musicians and dances. Unique spirit, calm place and at the same time close to the village Ouranopolui by car. We will be back definetely:-) We had great time!

Our room had no TV, so they brought two days before we left there were about 10-12 programs and it basically Greek .Many uncomfortable beds wake up every morning with back pain, lock the front door unlocked very difficult, but room cleaned every day and towels changed every day again.

Πηγαμε στην εποχη του '80

Απο ενα 4* ξενοδοχειο περιμενεις περισσοτερα.Αν θελαμε να το καταταξουμε πρωτο θα ηταν για την δεκαετια του '80.Απο τοτε εχει να γινει ανακαινηση.Τα κρεβατια ,οι ντουλαπες,ο κλιματισμος,τα αλουμινια,το διαχωριστικο ολα παλια και χαλια.Τι να σου καθαρισει η καθαριστρια αφου τα στρωματα ειναι μεσα στη βρωμα.Οιντουλαπες μεσα στην μουχλα απο τα παλια ξυλα.Ο κλιματισμος δεν υπηρχε.Παραλια ο υπογειος πολλες φορες μυριζε και οι ξαπλωστρες πιανονταν απο μια πετσετα απο τους σερβους και δεν την αφηναν για ολη την ημερα.Ελεγχος απο κανενα.Εμεις παντως ξαπλωστρα δεν βρηκαμε εκει 2 μερες.Το μονο μπραβο που μπορω να πω ειναι για την πισινα που ηταν πεντακαθαρη και για το προοσωπικο που πραγματικα ετρεχε να προλαβει τις δουλειες.Ειδικα στο εστιατοριο.Εαν κανουν ανακαινηση ισως ξαναπαω.

Η επισκεψιμότητα υπάρχει αλλά μια full ανακαίνιση θα βελτίωνε το κόσμο του ξενοδοχείου ποιοτικά. Η τιμή σε σχέση με την ποιότητα είναι υψηλή.

Καλή καθαριότητα παντού

Πολύ καλή.Μου άρεσε ιδιαίτερα όταν έκλεισαν οι πισίνες για δύο ώρες και μετά... για το τέλος της μέρας, (δηλαδή συνολικά ξαναδόθηκαν στους τουρίστες μετά από 18 ώρες) όταν ένα παιδάκι έκανε εμετό.Αυτό δείχνει ιδιαίτερη ευαισθησία στα θέματα υγιεινής Επίσης μας άρεσε η άμεση αποστολή μιας πετσέτας θαλάσσης που είχαμε ξεχάσει στην πισίνα του ξενοδοχείου.Μας την έπλεναν και την έστειλαν στο σπίτι μας με courier.Πολύ ευγενικό!!!Ευχαριστούμε πολύ.

Very helpful staff, ideal for families with kids

The hotel is purpose built, close to the beach with excellent swiming pools, surely the joy of the young children. The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis, the quality and variety of the food is good and the staff in the reception, the restaurant and the rooms is very polite and helpful indeed. We also found particularly kind Amalia , the young lady looking after the kids while playing with them in the playroom area. In all we had a lovely time, we would gladly go back again and would honestly recommend this place to our friends.

Not recommended

I can unfortunataely not recommend this Hotel to other families. The same overcooked tastless food for two weeks, bad cleaning and smell of mold in ground floor, 5 persons but we only received 3 bed-sheet and towel inspite of constand complaining, Aircondition not working as it should, The satellite TV have no English channel and the screen is 12 inch size, The free sunbeds are all ocupied. The noice in the restaurant is enourmous loud, and will not give you any calm meals. We tried tennis, but with just one ball, that is not so funny. We complained but got no refund for what we had to pay for 45min. Internet is not available in the rooms at all. You need to sit in the reception.
