This beautiful stone house is located just 1 km from Ariany and is situated in a very peaceful area.

Here you will be far from mass tourism and will be able to find especially the peace and relaxation you need on your well-deserved holiday.



The country house has 120 square metres of living space in 3 lovingly furnished bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed and two more with 2 single beds each. The two bathrooms have a shower and toilet. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with all amenities. The cosy and bright living room invites you to relax. Satellite/cable TV and Internet/WLAN are also available for your well-deserved holiday (FIBRE OPTIC). For the cold winter days there is a fireplace. The bedrooms and dining area are equipped with air conditioning.



Simply fantastic is the perfectly maintained outdoor area. The rest and seating areas, lovingly furnished, offer views and unforgettable moments during your well-deserved holiday days. There is a large outdoor barbecue area and plenty of space for pleasant group barbecue evenings.

The large swimming pool (9x4m) is integrated into the terrace and comfortable sun loungers are provided. Additionally, you have a table tennis table at your disposal.

- All additional payments and online registration procedures are carried out through instant messaging outside the platform.

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday apartments must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case they will receive a separate message to make this payment.
