"At check in, sign on counter said be back in 10 minutes…just not 10 minutes from when. When individual finally showed up, he was very dismissive and evasive. Biggest thing he wanted to reiterate was there would be a $50 charge added for incidentals in the event there would be any. Asked me 4 or 5 ..."

"This listing was a great place to stay for our quick trip in Rockford. Sonja's place was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and there's lots of food nearby. Our check-in and check-out were really easy and Sonja was very communicative. Would be happy to stay here again if we're back in town!"
