  • Come stay at our bright, beautifully converted garage that sleeps 4 guests. Featuring a king sized bed in a living area with a sleeper sofa, and the workspace and Wi-Fi make it easy to balance work and relaxation. Enjoy the convenience of a private washer and dryer, a full kitchen, and tasteful furnishings that blend comfort with style.
    Unwind with a morning coffee or watch the turtles sitting near the serene pond or take a dip in the shared pool just steps away.

    Experience the ultimate convenience and comfort at our charming rental property! The unit is a part of our detached garage, set in the back of our 3 acre property. Nestled upstairs, the cozy sleeping area offers a tranquil retreat for a restful night`s sleep. Whip up your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen or take advantage of the washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. With all the amenities to make you feel at home, our property is the perfect choice for your next getaway.

    Skyline Estates is a hidden gem in Argyle! So close to the interstate and area attractions (Texas Motor Speedway, Tanger Outlets, UNT, Buccees!), but it feels like an oasis nestled in the trees and away from the hustle of DFW.

    Check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 11am. In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (11am-12pm) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.

    Pets are welcome! We charge $15 pet fee per night/per pet (for a maximum of $150 and 2 pets) per stay to your email the day of arrival.

    Pool is available upon request.
    If you “reserve” the pool area, we will do our best to give you privacy.

Cara and her family were very welcoming of their property. Overall our stay here was very good. We appreciated the fact that the property was pet-friendly and tucked away in a private location. This little apartment is cute and exactly as pictured. We did have an issue with wasps which is the only reason we are giving it a four star rating. We had 4 wasps get into the bedroom either through the closet cracks, ceiling AC, or a closed window? We never did find the source. However we did make them aware that we could see numerous wasps entering and swarming the right side of the roof shingles, a few different days there was about 12-15 in that spot which is near the front door. Cara’s husband was kind enough to come in one day and kill one that was inside. Despite being aware of the issue and notified multiple times, they never sprayed or had someone come out to handle it. This led to one of the wasps that got in stinging our hairless cat on the mouth and an emergency vet trip which could have been avoided. Aside from this issue everything else was lovely and overall we would stay here again and recommend their property.

Family and Pet-friendly apartment in a peaceful setting that is away from the city with a nice, clean pool. Washer, dryer, microwave oven with stovetop and full refrigerator included. The pullout sofa was perfect for our children to visit. The pond in the back has ducks and turtles, which offers a unique relaxing area to enjoy the wildlife. The hosts were gracious and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you.
