We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

The property manager, Effie, was responsive and helpful. When we arrived we found there was an issue with the villa that we had booked, which Effie resolved quickly by upgrading us.
