"We only stayed one night as we had to change our initial arrangements. Reception arranged taxi pickup from airport (30eu). Ok, a bit expensive for a short ride but enabled us to travel hassle free and get to know the route for next day when we picked up a hire car. Lovely surprise to have an upgrade for room. "What an amazing little hotel. Hotel Europe sits up above Argostoli just 10mins walk from the square. It is up quite a hill, but its definitely worth the walk when you see the view from your balcony! Maria on Reception is so lovely. She emailed instructions beforehand on how to get into our room as we were on a late flight in and arranged for us to stay in our room till late as we had a late flight leaving.
