Welcome to our cozy 25 sq m studio, located just 30 meters from the sea in the charming village of Kiveri. Our studio is the perfect retreat for couples or solo travelers looking for a peaceful getaway. The studio features a comfortable double bed and a sofa, flat TV and a kitchenette making it easy to relax and unwind. The private bathroom is modern and well-equipped, and the air-conditioning ensures that you stay cool and comfortable during your stay. Although the studio does not have a sea view, it does offer a lovely view of our garden, and the small balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Small but nice

It is a studio so we did not expect a lot of room. It fit my husband an I perfectly. Shower was awesome. My family is from this village so I know it well. The studio is in the perfect location. Our unit did not have a view as it was on the ground floor but I am sure Panos has more available if that is what you are looking for. We did not spend much time in the room as the ocean is right outside. Panos and his mother are really nice. She had homemade cake and jam waiting for us.
