We are incredibly grateful that you took the time out to share your feedback.The stain on the carpet was due to a previous reservation mistake and while we called a special cleaning crew, nothing better could be done even though the room was cleaned twice.As for the towel incident you should have followed the general rules which is to leave the towels as to change on the floor, which of course you did not do at the last date.Regarding breakfast you were informed on arrival and given relevant instructions, anything else you wanted included an extra charge.I’m so sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies.RegardsGiannis
